Shipping: Free Shipping Inside the Continental US
All of our Premium Sapphire Inserts come with free shipping within the continental US. Products ordered are typically shipped the next business day, and they usually arrive within two weeks of the purchase.
If a product is back-ordered, it may take a week or longer for our artist to craft the item that you have purchased. We will promptly inform you if this happens, and you will have the option to have your payment reimbursed.
Returns*: 10 Days, 100% Cashback
XTrees Premium Sapphire Inserts come with a 100% Cashback Return policy. The 100% Cashback Return applies to unused Inserts when they are shipped back to XTrees Limited within 10 business days after they are received by the customer. (Shipping time will be added as a grace period to the 10 business days.)
